How do I keep my books available in ChatGPT?
Personal ChatGPT plans can no longer create Custom GPTs, which OpenAI retires on December 11, 2026, so use a Project instead. Extract your book's text with TextMuncher, create a ChatGPT Project, and upload the text file so the book stays available across your chats. Projects hold 5 files on Free, 25 on Go and Plus, and 40 on Pro and higher.
How do I feed the extracted text to Claude?
After TextMuncher extracts your text, click "Copy All" to copy it to your clipboard. Then paste it directly into Claude. On paid plans, Claude Fable 5.1, Opus 5.5, Opus 5 and Sonnet 5 give you a 1M-token context window; other models are 500K or 200K.
Does the formatting stay intact?
