| Price | $0 | $9.99/month or $48/year |
| Automated page capture (Kindle Cloud Reader) | 30 pages, one time | Unlimited |

| Quality OCR mode | No | Up to 5,000 pages/month |
What counts toward the 30 free pages
Only automatic captures by the browser extension use up the 30 free pages, and the allowance comes once per account instead of renewing each month. Screenshots, ZIP files of screenshots and EPUB files you upload at textmuncher.com/extract do not count. Uploading them costs nothing, works on any plan as often as you like, and requires no account.
Speed and Quality modes
Speed mode is the default on every plan: OCR runs inside your browser. Quality mode is Pro only, off until you switch it on; with it on, a cloud OCR service re-reads only the pages the on-device pass flags as hard to read, while clean pages stay on your device. It covers up to 5,000 pages per month; past that, extraction continues in Speed mode with nothing lost.
Billing, currency and cancelling
Stripe handles all payments. Prices on this page are in US dollars, and Stripe checkout may show the amount converted to your local currency. Cancel any time from Manage Billing in your account dashboard, and Pro stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. Refunds follow the Terms of Service: the annual plan can be refunded within 30 days of purchase, and the monthly plan is not refunded for a partial month. Subscribed before August 10, 2026: that price holds while your subscription stays active; resubscribing later means the current price.
